Meet our team

MY OVU was created by a woman for other women, based on a deep understanding of the need for convenient and accurate cycle tracking. MY OVU’s technology is also the result of our experts’ knowledge, passion, and dedication.

Aleksandra Staniszewska

I hold a Ph.D. in Finance and am a Fulbright Foundation alumna, having received a scholarship to study at Columbia University in New York. My academic journey continues—I work as a researcher and lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. At the same time, I am a startup founder and innovator in the medtech sector.

24/7, I am a mother of three daughters—my greatest inspiration. Balancing these roles has made multitasking one of my key skills.

Through my work, I realized how little women (including myself) know about their reproductive health and physiology. At MY OVU, we’re developing a data-driven wearable solution that helps women better understand their fertility through precise measurements. This gives them greater agency in achieving their reproductive goals (whatever they may be).

One of my greatest strengths is building bridges—connecting people, ideas, and opportunities. I believe that every great journey begins with a small step, and I’m always eager to take that first step toward meaningful change.

After work, studying, and being a mom, I love biking, hiking, snorkeling, and diving.

Radosław Maksym, MD, PhD, graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw. In the next stage of his academic career, he conducted research on the etiopathogenesis of endometriosis at the CRNS in France as part of an international doctoral program. He defended his dissertation with honors, earning a Ph.D. in medical sciences at the elite School of Molecular Medicine at the Center for Biostructure of the Medical University of Warsaw. He completed his residency training, with a special focus on operative gynecology and minimally invasive techniques, at the Gynecologic Oncology Clinic of the Military Medical Institute.

He gained experience during numerous domestic and international courses and research internships, including in Verona, Cologne, Orleans, Homburg, Zagreb, Budapest, Prague, and Münster. Through his scientific and research and development work, he has made a significant contribution to the advancement of medical science, which resulted in the award of a postdoctoral degree by the Scientific Council of the Medical Center for Postgraduate Education.

In his current clinical and research practice, Dr. Radosław Maksym focuses on the multi-level optimization of treatment for infertility and endometriosis, utilizing the latest therapeutic methods. In addition to significant advancements in surgical techniques using laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, he employs conservative, hormonal, and immunological treatments, and is a pioneer in the implementation of oil contrast for the treatment of endometriosis, as well as “ultrasound surgery” using High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), which is particularly effective for uterine fibroids. He emphasizes an individualized approach to patients and tailoring therapy to their needs while adhering to the principles of evidence-based medicine (EBM).

Kinga Wszeborowska

She has been working in marketing for over 7 years, combining data, strategy, and communication. She is most interested in projects that improve our lives—which is why she joined MY OVU and the world of women’s health.

Wanting to better understand how the body works and take a broader view of health, she began studying nutrition. She has been tracking her cycle for years, and her experience with PCOS has made the topic of hormonal health very personal to her. It is this perspective that allows her to view marketing at MY OVU not just through numbers, but above all through the real needs of women.

At MY OVU, she helps shape the communication and development of a project designed to help women better understand their bodies and make more informed decisions. She believes that technology and data can provide real support—if used effectively.

After work, she loves to escape to the mountains or with a book—preferably a crime novel set in a mountainous setting.
