Precision control that gives you freedom

DEEP, NOT SKIN
Why deep body temperature — not skin temperature?
Rings, wristbands, and smartwatches measure temperature at the skin surface. Before that signal tells you anything about your cycle, it’s already travelled through your duvet, the open window, the hand you fell asleep on. That’s noise — not data.
MY OVU measures deep body temperature — from inside the body, during sleep, where the fluctuations that signal ovulation are cleanest and least affected by the world outside.
This isn’t the same measurement done more precisely. It’s a different measurement altogether.
Skin is the surface. Ovulation runs deeper.
Trust the latest technology that guarantees the highest measurement precision.
Precision, convenience, discretion – the MY OVU ovulation thermometer is innovative in every way! It has made cycle tracking easier than ever before. We’ve placed a precisely designed computer system in a small, silicone vaginal ring. Safe, neutral, and comfortable for your body. Internal measurement of BBT using algorithms is much more accurate than traditional methods, which can underestimate fertile days by up to 24-48 hours.

How does it work?
Before going to bed, insert the disc into the vagina, like a tampon or menstrual cup. MY OVU will take the measurement and store the result in the device’s memory. In the morning, upon waking up, remove the disc and wash it. Transfer the data to the app, then put MY OVU back into the box.
Apply
Before falling asleep, place MY OVU in the vagina. The easiest way to do this is by bending the disc inward at the thickened area.
Fall asleep
MY OVU collects data while you sleep.
Synchronize
In the morning, remove the disk and wash it with soap. Turn on Bluetooth and send the data to your phone – just press the button on the disk’s bulge.
Read the measurement
In the app, you’ll find the current reading and forecasts for your cycle.
All the necessary information at your fingertips

The purple bar on the chart indicates the day of ovulation. The labels for days 1, 2, 3 indicate days of higher temperature, confirming ovulation.

In the calendar, you will find predictions for your future periods and ovulation, based on personalized data.

In the app, you can record your observations regarding, for example, the quality of cervical mucus and cervical position – they are also important for fertility analysis.
THE QUESTION YOUR DOCTOR NEVER ASKS
What do you think, which date is more important? Date of menstruation or date of ovulation?
Your doctor always asks when your last period was.
Nobody asks when you last ovulated.
Because how would you know that?
of women don’t know that menstruation does not mean occurrence of ovulation.
(EXPI survey conducted for MY OVU, n=1,033, 2026)
Ovulation — not your period — is the key signal of reproductive health. It tells you whether your ovaries are working, whether your luteal phase is long enough, whether you’re entering perimenopause.
Sometimes ovulation doesn’t accure at all and that is very important to know too. Calendar apps always show an ovulation day, because they’re calculating from a statistical average, not your data. MY OVU shows what’s actually happening in your body. This is an actual symptom, not a guess.

Calendar app accuracy
at dating the day of ovulation
The authors state that it is impossible for calendar app methods using cycle length alone to accurately predict ovulation day.

How are we better?
MY OVU is not just an ordinary ovulation thermometer or a regular period tracking app.

MORE THAN FERTILITY
Ovulation doesn’t just stop. It shifts – and knowing when changes everything.
After 35, ovulation becomes less frequent and harder to predict. When your cycle stretches to 40, 60, or even up to 100 days, there’s nothing left for a calendar to calculate. And skin-based sensors lose the signal entirely in the noise.
In perimenopause, even 60% of cycles may be anovulatory. And yet – perhaps the most counterintuitive finding – even among cycles lasting over 60 days, approximately 25% are still ovulatory.
The implication is clear: your period arrives – but was there ovulation? Your calendar doesn’t know. Your app doesn’t know. Only your body knows, if you’re observing to it.
MY OVU tracks deep body temperature even as your cycle becomes irregular — and flags when your pattern has shifted compared to previous months. That’s the kind of data worth bringing to your gynaecologist or endocrinologist.
Know sooner, not later. MY OVU gives you a continuous picture of your cycle during the years when it’s easiest to miss something. A conversation with your doctor at the right time is worth more than catching up later. We don’t interpret your temperature for you — we give you the signal. Your specialist does the rest.
